EMH House Blend Coffee by Devoción

Developed in collaboration with Devoción founder, Steven Sutton, our House Blend coffee is designed to be highly drinkable and suits all brewing methods. With deep notes of cacao and cherry, this bespoke coffee has highlights of hazelnut, plum, strawberry and maple.

We’ve featured Devoción coffee on the menu at Eleven Madison Park for years, both as our House Blend and selection of speciality, single-origin roasts. Get Up With It references the compilation album of the same name by Miles Davis, one of Chef Daniel Humm’s long-time inspirational figures. 

Devoción was founded in 2006 on the premise that coffee beans should be roasted as soon as possible after picking to preserve purity and integrity of flavor. The company works with more than 1,000 farm partners across Colombia to pick and dry-mill coffee beans that are then transported and roasted in their Brooklyn facility—all in the space of 10 days.
