Celebrate the holiday season with our limited-edition Cherry Pistachio Panettone, crafted in collaboration with renowned Italian Pastry Chef Andrea Tortora. 

Panettone is the ultimate expression of Italian craftsmanship, inviting us to slow down and enjoy a delicious slice with our nearest and dearest every December. To develop this recipe, Chef Tortora worked closely with our Executive Pastry Chef Laura Cronin, and together, they created a version inspired by our fan-favorite granola flavor, Cherry Pistachio. Each bite is light, fluffy, and subtly sweet, accented with perfectly dried cherries and crunchy pistachio. 

The Panettone arrives packaged in a custom, Eleven Madison Park keepsake tin specifically designed for this special collaboration. 

Chef Tortora is a fourth-generation Pastry Chef who has traveled through kitchens around the world, getting to know each individual that works in them as he did. These individuals, and the stories they offer, are a great source of inspiration for him and have allowed him to develop a personal and structured vision of pastry-making. He currently serves as Executive Pastry Chef at both Pasticceria Confetteria Cova in Milan and the Hotel Abi D’Oru in Sardinia.
