Good olive oil and vinegar are two pantry staples that you can't live without. These are two high-quality expressions of olive oil and balsamic vinegar that we love, and that are meant to be used every day. 

The olive oil comes from Olio Piro in Tuscany, where it is cold-pressed in limited batches from a rare blend of early-harvest olives. It has the highest level of polyphenols of any olive oil on the market. These plant-based compounds are believed to boost heart health and immunity, and include the essential antioxidant Vitamin E.

The vinegar comes from Balsamico Bonini, a small family estate in Modena. Named "Vivace," it is a lively expression of traditional balsamic vinegar, which is dynamically aged in decades-old wood barrels for three years, giving it vibrant, fruity and zesty notes.
