Shoyu & Tamari Duo

We partnered with Takashi Sato, the 8th-generation owner of San-J, the leading Tamari producer in the United States, to create these two unique expressions of Shoyu and Tamari. Made in small batches from black beans and corn, they are completely gluten-free and can be used anywhere you’d use a traditional soy sauce.
